This was my first time getting a pedicure here. What impressed me so much was the gentleness and professionalism of Kristyn. Everything in this shop is clean and sanitary. I got the basic pedicure with gel polish. Not only was my pedicure done exceptionally well, but we had the greatest conversations too. We have so much in common being dog-Moms. She is the kind of person you take an instant liking to. This was one of those perfect places to go to. Not only get pampered with your toesies, but you come away feeling you made a friend. I would highly recommend the Nail Room. I know I’ll be back!!! Thank you Kristyn.
Jerry Ann is absolutely amazing! She’s very flexible and accommodating (so far as offering me the option to bring my children if needed to appointments) which I appreciate! She’s always made scheduling easy and has always been able to get me in same day/next day! She’s very friendly, and personable which makes the service feel like catching up with an old friend! She’s very thorough in her work, and is very gentle when handling your skin (I have eczema, and she is very gentle and goes the extra mile tending and avoiding any irritation during my eyebrow waxes!). I definitely recommend her services!!! 😊💓
I’ve been going to the Nail Room for waxes with Jerry Ann. She is so amazing, understanding, and welcoming! I have never been so comfortable with someone about my body! I enjoy our appointments very much. She is very educated on her waxing services. She provides information about before, after, long term and short term care!
