ridiculous scheduling process. for example, your appointment is 11:00 but you are told to be there at 10:30. so is your appointment 10:30 or 11:00? And if you’re late there’s a fee. who comes up with this nonsense.

They are amazing. We had some issues with provider orders and this entire team (from Andrea at the front desk to xray tech) went out of there way to help me get what I needed today. This standard of service any more is rare! I highly recommend them.

As an emergency referral by my surgeon, I went today for a test around 4:00 PM. I was informed they don't do the study anymore.
The male employee at reception was very helpful and did the arrangements with another Memorial center. He took his time to set everything and I could have my study done. Angie, the other employee was attentive and helpful. I was in so much pain and they were very compasive.
