A doctor refereed me here. I figured his office had told this office what the scan was for and what they should be looking for when they did the MRI. I guess not.A nervous man called me from the large, clean waiting room and took me to the back. He asked me why I was there. I was trying to tell him I had been referred when he blurted out, "Do you have cancer?" I said "What? No!" but really I was there to have an MRI to find out if I have cancer. I thought my doctor's office would have communicated all of this to this office, but maybe not.Then the man said all mad that he had tried to call me yesterday. I was scheduled for a cervical MRI. When they put me in the machine, I had a full blown panic attack and couldn’t go through with it. Martin was so wonderful, he even rescheduled my appointment for me so that I could try again in a bigger machine. The ladies up front were wonderful too. I plan to come here for all of my future imaging needs. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!!

I stayed on the line because I know a lot of places just don’t call back. It did take a bit of time to get through, but she was helpful and brisk getting my appt set up, getting me information on when and what to do before the appt, and was very polite.
