Cindy is particularly notable for her calming presence and clear instructions, helping to ease any anxiety you may have. The center also demonstrates a willingness to accommodate patients' needs, such as rescheduling appointments or calling in advance to confirm details. Overall, The Imaging Center of Las Cruces is a reliable choice for your imaging needs, with a staff that truly cares about your experience.
As an emergency referral by my surgeon, I went today for a test around 4:00 PM. I was informed they don't do the study anymore.
The male employee at reception was very helpful and did the arrangements with another Memorial center. He took his time to set everything and I could have my study done. Angie, the other employee was attentive and helpful. I was in so much pain and they were very compasive.
I gave it 5 stars.
1. Because they get me in quick.
2. Prepared me on IV quick.
3. The nurse Venessa is very caring. Asking me if need a blanket or put on music on my headphones.
4. For control freaks like me, I am told what’s going on all the time, what will happen. She prepared me very well. So I feel more relaxed.
Appointment changed on us without our knowledge or contact by MMC scheduling - alleged no Prior Authorization. Clerk at Imaging Center refused to call MMC scheduling to confirm the prior authorization existed. “Too Bad, So sad” attitude - unwilling to assist an 89 y.o. Gentleman with the problem. Fortunately I was able to call MMC scheduling myself from lobby of Imaging center, and Maria with scheduling saved the day! Maria located the auth, then Maria called the Imaging center and this gentleman was seen. Maria is a fine example of MMCs mission statement. Clearly leadership changes must occur at MMC Imaging Center. Connie es no muy consuela.
