I went to sutherlands looking for a shower valve cartridge after I went to multiple other hardware stores. They did not carry the part but they were the only ones that did help me find it online.

Rude customer service associate was rude not cordial and she didn't smile greet acknowledge or look at me in the eyes , this store is going down hill with the lack of customers coming in, the lack of professionalism no wonder home Depot or Lowe's is doing better , it's sad but true the management I guess does not care at all tell you what my money matters and I can take it to home Depot or Lowe's

Walking in feels like your a walk in the past. Wife variety of pretty much anything you would need for the home and more. Friendly staff everything I needed and a bunch I wish I could have.
