Our system was installed about 4 years ago. The crew were excellent to work with. There are no issues after initial install. The company has local knowledge that benefits their users.
There are many options when considering such a large project as a solar panel installation. I think of many installers like I think of hail dent repair…fly by night folks, not from the community, who are here to make a buck but don’t care about the customer. This is **NOT** the case with SunSpot Solar with Manny at the helm.The solar installation took several months, but that was not the fault of SunSpot Solar. Multiple challenging inspections from the city and utility delayed the project but the contractor (Manny) was always on point. He was readily available through text message and phone and answered all my questions instantly. Once, over a long weekend, Manny took some time off for a fishing vacation in Cabo. I sent him a text thinking he’d get back to me the next business day. Surprisingly, while out of the country on vacation, he still took the time, effort and energy to immediately answer my questions regarding a recent inspection. I mean, who does that?? That kind of dedication and customer service is rare but seemed common practice with Manny.With all the logistics that are required working with the various regional agencies, it makes sense to deal with a person who is known in the community and knows all the inspectors. Manny and his team were, hands-down, the right choice for the project.At the end of the day, the hardware is the hardware but what I was investing in was the people. The contractors and the responsiveness from a local expert is what made this project such a success.Services: Ground wire installation
They quoted and installed my solar system 7 years ago. It has never had any issue. They promised 7 year payback on investment and it turned out much better than that. I have heard of people having very long paybacks from others, so I needed to write a complimentary review.
