It was different than I imagined.limbs were rotated in very interesting ways, pain free. My only complaint,was the room was 68°, perfect for younger clients. Lindsey Roberts was amazing! You will enjoy your time and feel better than you did before you went in!

Guys this is a great place to relax, get a good stretch and get mobility back. I’m enjoying treatments, been 2x and have enjoyed both stretch Therapists. Lindsay and Lindsay.I feel great the morning after as well, fresh!

A beautiful office space with soothingmusic and lighting. The office was able to schedule back-to-back appointments for us and with only a few days notice which we appreciated so much. Bre saw us right away and provided a comprehensive FST experience for us both. I appreciate that Bre asked us about our pain history and tailored our treatments for our specific needs while still addressing the whole body system. She answered questions thoughtfully. The therapy was calm and relaxing; we both felt like we could stand up straight right after our treatments.
