Wait times are the main reason for this review.

On a Wednesday at 12:00 and only two other customers currently being serviced in store, I was given a two hour wait time. If that's because their call aheads are strict reservations, I would understand, but would also hope to see that advertised to potential customers a little more clearly.

The receptionist was so kind, and I don't want this rating to seem spiteful for uninformed. I understand how it is best practice to plan for salons to be busy, however, a 2 hour wait on a Wednesday afternoon seemed to be a bit of a reach. Amy was wonderful! Genuinely passionate about nails. Her place is immaculately clean and well thought out in its design and function. So grateful for the recommendation! Been looking for a new nail home and I found it! Will be a regular here.

I did my nail there a little bit ago. The technicians were friendly and sweet, but over $65 bucks for gel removal with a nail filer and basic regular polish was a bit much. But if you've got the money go for it.
