We had the privilege of working with Crystal to work through our loan. With a pleasant personality and a professional attitude, we were happy to have our loan approved at OneMain Financial.
Initially my experience was good! But then between my bank (USAA) and OneMain the screw up got huge!!! I'm not sure exactly whose at fault but I've been dealing with this now since mid October. And it's still ongoing. Honestly, if I knew then what I know now....
