Just finished my last day of PT. Alex and the staff here have been absolutely wonderful. It feels great to feel like I’m taking a proactive step in my treatment as well. Actually sad to go! But have taken with me their lessons on how to move my body in ways that are beneficial to me. Thank you so much!!! It has been a pleasure

I am scheduled to have my right shoulder replaced on March 20th. I was nervous about physical therapy. It has proven to be the best thing I could have done! I feel that I will be going into surgery stronger. Everyone at Mountain View Physical Therapy has been wonderful. I look forward to seeing my physical therapist, Alexandra. She is professional, caring and encouraging... Adapting my therapy to physical limitations I am grateful my surgeon recommended physical therapy prior to my surgery!
