I've been with this agency for several months. I was happy with them in the beginning but not now. My caregiver went out of town and nobody bothered to tell me. Not only that they haven't gotten me a replacement to fill in. I just can't help thinking ? that they aren't going to. I'm on oxygen and I use a walker. I really need for them to find someone ASAP. But at this point I'm really not holding my breath. Update: they sent someone to me two days ago but she never showed up today. I've called the agency and tried to speak to Joseph but all he does is say he'll call me back but he never does. This has been going on for weeks. So it looks as if I'm on my own. Alice Gallegos is the single worst human you will ever meet. I want to give this place 5 stars for correcting the problem but this 1 star is for Alice. DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN INTO YOUR HOME. She abused my mother, smoked weed on the job, took meds from my mother, AND refused to do even a portion of her job. Alice Gallegos does not deserve to be a caregiver. She needs some help herself. Thank you mountain shadows for getting us someone new. I just don't know how this one slipped thru the cracks and ended up with you.

After having experienced other homecare agencies in the area, I really must say I had the best experience here. I certainly understand that caregivers, or hiring them can be tough. But at least I got a sense that they wanted to help me. I can't tell you about the nightmare about the other agencies That I had to deal with in this town , namely Addus or Ambercare, or whoever they are. These people are the nicest. Thanks guys
