I want to give a huge thank you to Metal Craft here in Las Cruces. You want to talk about excellent customer service?! I had yellowbird (😡) put in two A/C units when we moved into our house 5 years ago. It has been a living nightmare ever since. That awful company sold us substandard equipment, even worse customer service. Jared and Marcy who own Metal Craft had a technician come out this morning, look at our unit, determine it was done with no hope of fixing it. He called the office, got a price for a new unit, and installed it with such professionalism. I give this company as many positive stars I can! Please give them your business as they are second to none!!!
