Excellent care by all the VA health system, but the phone system is not a good system for contact. and the VA system as a whole is a wreck for the veteran. The VA as a whole has the idea that if they can deny claims long enough you will die and they will not have to pay for your claims.As for the health system itself, it is A number 1.

My husband needed help as he forgot to pack his charger for his hearing aids. We were so grateful for the extraordinary help he received. The secretary had to find his records from Phoenix as he was not in the El Paso system. They found his records and the very busy audiologist worked him in and replaced his charger. He could charge his hearing aids in the car. We were on our way to The Woodlands Texas to stay with our grandchildren as our daughter and son in law we’re going to Missouri to move his mother to a senior living center near them. .. there was no way we could go back to Arizona to retrieve them and stay on schedule. A heartfelt THANK YOU for the kindness you showed a very grateful Vietnam vet. Beth Falen

Getting my regular check up at the CBOC and they are true professionals. You treat them with respect and they make things happen. This is my primary medical facility and I'm proud to be a patient here. They are a medical one stop shop for non emergency situations. Scheduling appointments is very easy and they notify prior to appt.
