This company is a leader in the community and has been helping those in need of services for many years. The owner is dedicated to personalized service and upholds high standards for employees which is difficult!
After my mom had a minor accident and needed some extra assistance around the house, we reached out to Home Instead. They sent a team member once a day for three hours, helping her with tasks she couldn’t handle. They also accompanied her to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, and the pharmacy, which was a huge help! All the team members were incredibly friendly and did an amazing job ensuring my mom’s comfort and independence in her own home. She used their services for several months and is now back to her usual self, no longer requiring additional assistance. I am nominating Angelina Ramirez for the outstanding service she has provided to me as a caregiver. She is responsive to my many needs. I am in a wheel chair and goes about her duties to assist me in the many needs that I have. I need help with dressing, transportation, shopping for me, and also transporting me to the many meetings and conferences I have to attend. I do not have to ask her to do so many tasks that are needed, but she takes the initiative to do things without being told.
