Locally owned and operated. Walk-in or call for appointment. They offer a full range of services from a child's haircut to perms and pedicures. Esther has been cutting my hair since 1986. The parking is right off of a very busy Solano, be patient. I keep returning because of the excellent service, good prices and the shop is wheelchair accessible.
