Have only good things to say about Grays, had a weekend emergency with AC only blowing warm air. The answering service relayed message and by next morning (Sunday) the Technician (Michael?) was prompt & addressed the issue. Albert even followed up with a call. Michael was so polite and provided us with future information. I would certainly recommend them
I recently hired this company to install 2 new Carrier HVACs on my home. The whole process was fantastic. The install team was very professional and the estimator was also great and very responsive to calls. We love the new systems!
We called and really needed someone to come out today because we are selling our house. The woman on the phone really made an effort to help me and Carlos did a great job and even had the part in his vehicle. Great job!
