Superb staff. Customer focused, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Progressive rehabilitation that helped resolve my back pains after being the victim of a hit and run. Very flexible with their scheduling. Jackie and Janie were “the best”.

As a former nurse, I can truly say that my husband and I got excellent care at Esperanza Medical and Wellness! Dr. Sheppard and the whole staff are great and caring people! I was, discharged from their care on Monday and will truly miss all of them! Because there was enough money available through the insurance, I was able to receive Cortisone injections in my neck and back, and this was followed by stem cell injections to both areas. Stem Cells are miraculous! Within a week, I could bend over with very little pain and I could move my neck, too! Dr. Sheppard and the rest of the staff took great care of me after I had a minor car accident. I experienced some neck and shoulder pain and I was able to get in quickly to see the doctor. They took care of all the paperwork and emphasized that my care was the most important. In the end, their treatment plan was spot-on and I didn't have any out-of-pocket expenses. I'd highly recommend the professional and caring staff at Esperanza.
