I started volunteering at a thrift next to Duffey's. I popped in for a quick trim. Luckily, Kathy Duffey was there and had time before the next appointment. I sat down, she felt my straight hair (which I had combed that morning to make it straight) and she said, "You have wavy hair." That's the kind of experience you just don't find often these days. She trimmed less than an inch and my hair looked instantly healthy and full. I have found a treasure!!!! Kathy is my hero!
