It was such a pleasant, clean and friendly experience. I have Severe RA and Fibromyalgia and I realized how tense my body is during the yoga session.I will be recommending to others and attending sessiond as often as possible!
This is a great studio with awesome instructors. They have a class for all levels of practice. The studio provides yoga mats for those who do not have one and also have towels that you can grab to wipe down. I highly recommend this studio if your looking to get into yoga or even if your returning to your practice.
While learning just how much strength and flexibility I no longer have, I couldn't have asked for a better environment in which to try to regain those qualities. Instructors are incredible!
