Jon Ronald is a great salesman and very supportive. He makes himself available and is good at explaining all the details. Does a great job of testing water and gives feedback and suggestions. He follows through with re testing after installation to be sure of the water quality. Merrill was a wonderful installer and adapted to our specific needs. Both were very pleasant, friendly and professional. The office staff is always available and prompt in responding to needs.
