Ben Archer Health Center is a Federally Funded, full-service Health Center that offers a range of services, including dental care. The center is known for its clean and organized environment, as well as its friendly and professional staff. Patients have reported pleasant interactions with the receptionists and medical assistants. The wait times are generally short, and patients have praised the thoroughness and quality of care provided by some providers. While some patients have had positive experiences with specific providers, others have expressed dissatisfaction with the communication and care received from certain doctors.
This dentist offers "emergency services" for broken teeth, but they can't actually do anything for them. They only offer fillings and cleanings, which are not helpful in an emergency. I left my earbuds and ID at the office. I then received a call about the ID I left there, but nothing about my earbuds. Only go if there is literally no other dentist office open; even then, you should wait.
Coming from someone who worked for Ben Archer during its PRIME I’m sad to say that this place has gone down hill, front desk staff are so rude, not only will they speak over you, they’re also unprofessional & you can tell they simply hate their jobs. Management needs to do something about their front desk mannerisms. Offer some training or get new staff period.
4/15/23 There is a Nurse Practitioner named Felicia Ship whom doesn't know what she is doing. She's terrible. She insisted on diagnosis that was wrong. Beware of her. I needed a test that my insurance covers and she belittle me and said it was too expensive. 11/28/23 Called today and these people haven't changed much. Was on hold for over 20 minutes. Called The Donna Anna clinic and it took 5 minutes to get an appointment.
