0500, 1600 and 1715 class times CAO Sept. 2022. The rest of the time it's a dedicated gym for the Fighter pilots. The times can vary depending on coach availability, their facebook page has more specifics.
I love coming here, great workouts, great people and great staff. Will be one of the things I’ll miss when I get orders to a different base. Coming to work out is definitely one of the highlights of my day.
