My daughter had an appointment and was confirmed when she arrived they told her it was canceled no reason they just canceled. The wait is a bit long and other then that the staff in the back are friendly and nice.

I understand it’s a bit low staff and they are trying to be compressive but making an appointment that is three months away, a child could have a severe infection and need dental care as soon as possible, useless drugging for pain and infection. I’m currently writing this with severe pain and I’ve came 3 times in need of urgent care and being denied, I need an extraction and half my face is filled with pain but they are refusal.

The waiting time for a simple routine cleaning is ridiculous, wait and wait for hours more than two hours. I left very angry and they never called me to offer an apology or to reschedule.
