Stay away. This is a DOT medical waiver chop shop, not urgent care. Went in for a sprained ankle and was told that’s a PCP item and not urgent care…. What? Go somewhere else if you need help.

I came here to get a blood draw for a TB test and they lost the sample. Yup, they lost my blood.Sadly, they're the only clinic contracted for industrial blood tests in the area, so they can get away with this kind of nonsense, as they have a small local monopoly.

worst service from any doctors office I have ever been to. Going on years using them and still haven't gotten any problem fixed. just gotten worse as time went on. I was literally told on the phone by Naomi that I need to call the specialist( I was finally referred to after 2 years) to get the specialists report so they can review them to get me help I need. umm I'm not yalls servant to get the reports for the people that's only job it to get and review reports. worst place ever, run from this place if you actually want your health taken care of.
