Based on the reviews, VIP Nail & Spa is a professional and calming place. A nail tech flawlessly followed a photo for a design, leaving one customer satisfied with the inexpensive price. Another had a great experience with a professional staff member. However, one customer was unsatisfied after receiving an acrylic gel nail set; the cuticles were not clipped and the nails came off sooner than expected.

Went to this place last minute. Place looks professional. Was calming and welcoming.
Nail tech saw my photo of what I wanted and she followed it flawlessly. Walked out satisfied with everything and the price inexpensive.

So horrible I don’t recommend. Went for a soak off and got thin brittle nails that constantly break. Tha man was rude, he also tried filing a metal charm off which was so painful. Anytime i winced he would make snotty faces. DEF UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEVVVERRR GOING BACK. also $17 for a SHITTTY SOAK off is insane.

Don’t come here for eyebrows
Uneven don’t even make it the same shape
They are either rude or just don’t speak to you
I’ve came here for awhile and there service has just declined over time
