Above and beyond customer service, I had an unbelievably stuck hitch ball and the two staff members stayed 20 minutes after closing to get it off my hitch ball mount, and wouldn't charge me for the labor. Highly recommend them.

My water heater pilot light went out. After multiple tries turning it on myself, I called Chavez plumbing. They arrived within the hour to assess the situation. I needed a new water heater, which they were able to provide and install the following day. Service was professional, polite, and kind. I knew I was being treated fairly. Will call Chavez Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. Family-owned and local business a giant plus!

The store personnel are great and very helpful. I dealt with Veronica and Jay, both very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to replace the toilet fill valve and water supply line, everything in stock and fit was perfect, the dates of visits were 10/18/24 & 10/19/24.
