My mom just got a water heater from them and I picked it up to install it. Chavez plumbing was super friendly and helpful. They even loaned us a tool. Great service and very professional/knowledgeable.

Above and beyond customer service, I had an unbelievably stuck hitch ball and the two staff members stayed 20 minutes after closing to get it off my hitch ball mount, and wouldn't charge me for the labor. Highly recommend them.

My water heater pilot light went out. After multiple tries turning it on myself, I called Chavez plumbing. They arrived within the hour to assess the situation. I needed a new water heater, which they were able to provide and install the following day. Service was professional, polite, and kind. I knew I was being treated fairly. Will call Chavez Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. Family-owned and local business a giant plus!
