I just spoke with the receptionist, about a possible appointment for an eye exam. She seemed a bit short with me. So I would have to put down $35 but we have insurance and where does that $35 go anyway? I’d like it back! But after reading the reviews we ARE NOT going to go here. Yikes!! lol Don’t need that negativity. Thanks for the honesty folks!

Very bad glasses I got from here. I got my glasses and I could not see out of it. It made me dizzy. The lady was saying it’s because I got a polycarbonate lens and it can make people dizzy which they did not tell me beforehand. She didn’t offer any solution and just started blaming. The lady said “well you should have asked questions before you got it.” She is partially right, but I wasn’t presented with a different choice of lens at my appt to be honest. This place has horrible customer service. They are rude and disrespectful. If you don’t want to work there find another job. You don’t need to be rude to people. The doctor seemed nice but they seem mean to him to. I would definitely find someone who wants to work there. Not the rude staff that is there now. Disgusting
