My service technicians were very professional, courteous and worked as a team. They are well trained, certified and experienced. They installed heating and cooling system in one day. They provided training on how to use the unit and how to do simple maintenance. I am very please with the products I purchased.

Never received a call back to view the job. Ended up using Eco Clima. They did a fine job.Must have been some confusion with Universal Air and myself touching base. I will definitely give them a try in the future.
