My elderly parents were referred to Shirley's Tax Service by family. I heard the words, "reasonable, kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy", as my Dad described his experience to another family member about STS. Yes, they were very pleased, and will use her service again next tax season.
This Tax Service is So Awesome, Excellent, Exceptional, and over the Top and Beyond. Shirley herself has empeckable Customer Service skills and knows the Navajo people to the core. Keep up the good service.
