I had gel nails applied and then removed. Customer service at the salon is incredibly rude but my chief complaint is that a year later after the rough removal of the gel polish my nails are brittle and flaking and and have not been restored to their original health.They did some permanent damage to the nail bed and cuticle. Beware of unsafe practices at the salon.

I've been to this nail salon twice. Today, I called to make an appointment due to my hectic schedule. When I arrived I told the staff that I made an appointment, however, he kept rutting about how they are not accepting appointments. Someone over the phone should have told me this to avoid loss time.
