My oven baking element stopped working. I called Laroc for a replacement part. It was the correct part and my oven worked again. The call was quick and I'd recommend this establishment. 5/5.

Laroc is hands down my go-to place for all things appliance repair, parts, and service. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you every time I’ve been here, the experience has been nothing but positive.
The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help whether it’s someone inside at the counter or out in the service area. They’re quick, efficient, and truly care about getting things done right.

My water heater went out on a Sunday Sunday and I had my nephews birthday party that day. I couldn’t believe it. Kim came on a Sunday and told me if I could help him carry stuff.
