We purchased my late father's headstone from here, and it was an exceptional experience. Great customer service, very detailed process, they work with you and when we picked up, they loaded it for us. I highly recommend them.

Office visit was ok. Order placement was easy because samples of stone type/color were in office, pricing/types of clipart was explained. From the time of order placement to receiving a rough draft, it was over a week. Then from confirmation of design to delivery it was about 3 weeks. But the day of delivery & setup, it was done with the utmost care and respect.
