Charlie came to my rescue when I called him and he immediately arrived at my house and got started on my garage door's spring. He was very professional and knew his way around measuring and fixing the broken part. Excellent repairman. Thank you.
Excellent, prompt and polite service. Our Genie chain-drive garage door opener finally broke beyond repair. Emailed and received quote on installation of a residential belt-drive WiFi LiftMaster on a Saturday. Job was done efficiently 2 days later, on Monday. Price is very reasonable for this upgrade, but more importantly, Mr. W is professional and competent!Moreover, when the opener travel needed adjustment after a recent snowstorm, he came right over to correct the adjustment. He preferred to correct it himself, rather than have us fumble with it! Would love to get this kind of service for other home repairs!
