What a wonderful experience. Ramzi Hammad is superior, knowledgeable, very prompt and attentive to our needs. He listened to what our needs our and was not pushy (like other sale lots). He is our guy and will defiantly purchase our 1st home with him. Also, will tell our friends/family.

After doing some research and comparing all of the local manufactured builders, I was so impressed with the quality and appearance of this company's homes and I felt like they were the absolute obvious choice to buy from! Not only are their homes absolutely beautiful (I couldn't decide on my favorite and finally discovered the Pecan Valley 3, which is absolutely gorgeous!), but Jesus Ramirez and Kimberly Herrera were both so knowledgeable and so helpful and made the entire process so easy and fun! Palm Harbor Homes Flora Vista is the place to go if your in the market for a home. The sales people were very nice and friendly. I received all the information I needed to purchase a home and the process.
