We went in and met Russell, Josh and as soon as we seen the home we were sold, it's built very well, gorgeous houses, and excellent customer service, we went to a few other places and nobody treated us as good as palm harbor, truly incredible experience, would highly highly recommend, they went above and beyond to make us happy, thank you palm harbor for making our dreams come true.
From the moment we walked into Palm Harbor Homes in Farmington, we were met with an exceptional level of professionalism, honesty, and care. Josh, the general manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for our family.
What really stood out about Josh was his thoroughness and transparency. There was absolutely no gatekeeping when it came to pricing, options, or the entire home-buying process. He walked us through every detail, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. His knowledge and willingness to explain every step made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and stress-free.
