About Walmart Vision & Glasses
Walmart Vision & Glasses offers a wide range of vision care services, including eye exams, affordable prescription glasses, and contact lenses. The store is known for its customer-friendly staff, including Racquel who provides excellent customer service and Dr. Tibbetts who takes the time to listen to customers' issues and find personalized solutions. The staff is also cheerful and helpful, making customers feel comfortable and valued. While the store's prices may vary, customers can take advantage of easy ways to save, such as free in-store pickup and free shipping on qualifying purchases. One reviewer, a caregiver, was particularly impressed with the technician Jonella, who went above and beyond to replace a broken frame free of charge, showing that the store's staff is willing to help even in unexpected situations. Overall, Walmart Vision & Glasses provides a convenient and affordable option for all vision care needs.
Jadara at E Walmart was very friendly and helpful. There is a big selection of eye glasses that have great prices and affordable. Berna at W. Walmart was also friendly and went above and beyond for me due to W.Walmart was out of network and had to call E. Walmart to speak to Jadara and give her the information and the eye glasses l had already picked out. I recommend both Walmart’ s for your eye glasss needs! I won’t shop anywhere else! Thank you ladies for all your assistance and great customer service.
Didn't get my exam here, but the glasses section of this store has one of the best in my area in my opinion. Racquel gives one of the best customer service ratings as well always prompt and ready to answer questions. Recommend this store.
I seriously cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tibbetts and her staff!! Dr. Tibbetts listened to my issues and kept searching until she found a solution. She seems to be the type of doctor that truly cares. The staff up front was always cheerful and helpful. They did not mind looking up prices (after insurance) to compare my options. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They gave us our own space to browse, but they were available for questions if any arose. My 9 year old daughter also felt very comfortable, and was happy she never had to wait long.
