Jadara at E Walmart was very friendly and helpful. There is a big selection of eye glasses that have great prices and affordable. Berna at W. Walmart was also friendly and went above and beyond for me due to W.Walmart was out of network and had to call E. Walmart to speak to Jadara and give her the information and the eye glasses l had already picked out. I recommend both Walmart’ s for your eye glasss needs! I won’t shop anywhere else! Thank you ladies for all your assistance and great customer service.
Didn't get my exam here, but the glasses section of this store has one of the best in my area in my opinion. Racquel gives one of the best customer service ratings as well always prompt and ready to answer questions. Recommend this store.
I seriously cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tibbetts and her staff!! Dr. Tibbetts listened to my issues and kept searching until she found a solution. She seems to be the type of doctor that truly cares. The staff up front was always cheerful and helpful. They did not mind looking up prices (after insurance) to compare my options. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They gave us our own space to browse, but they were available for questions if any arose. My 9 year old daughter also felt very comfortable, and was happy she never had to wait long.
