Hubby's car refused to start. Called Statefarm roadside assist.They got these guys for us.That Chimi is a great guy, and he got our car to our door in a very small parkinglot.Great driver. His name is Jimmy Chimi. I have had him help me before and he remembered me. He was super nice and professional. He arrived earlier than expected which was a real plus. I went through my insurance for the tow and I’m very pleased that they sent Jimmy and Southwest Auto Towing! Will definitely recommend!
SWAT came to our rescue when we got a flat tire heading to Chaco in our Class B camper van. Colin was professional and friendly and calming in a tense situation. He really knew how to tow a heavy vehicle. Highly recommend for fast, professional service at a good price.
