Hubby's car refused to start. Called Statefarm roadside assist.They got these guys for us.That Chimi is a great guy, and he got our car to our door in a very small parkinglot.Great driver. Wow. I was impressed. My starter bit the dust in a busy retail parking lot. I wanted the truck towed to a local auto repair outfit. Southwest towing arrived 15 minutes earlier than requested and was able to maneuver the truck on to a flatbed from a perpendicular position. I forgot to ask the name of the very personable tow guy but he was an expert at his job and he even dropped my key off in the lock box at the repair place so I didn't have to drive over there. 5 stars. Excellent price. It cost less for this tow than it cost to have my truck pulled 10 feet out of the mud in my driveway, and there was much more time involved with this one.
His name is Jimmy Chimi. I have had him help me before and he remembered me. He was super nice and professional. He arrived earlier than expected which was a real plus. I went through my insurance for the tow and I’m very pleased that they sent Jimmy and Southwest Auto Towing! Will definitely recommend!
