Dr Garcia is amazing and the reason the practice is thriving, The incompetence of the front staff is painful they stare at you like you with deer in headlights don’t acknowledge people when they come in and refuse to go talk to the back just say they will “see what happens and let you know” it can be painful to get basic info and ensure proper communication is taking place
We have taken our frenchies here for a long time.we have had good experiences. When our frenchie passed away, they were so kind and understanding. They all signed a lovely card for us, it meant a lot!
I wish to thank everyone for their care of Rusty, this morning. After blood work, he had diabetes, failing kidneys, comprised liver and pancreas with elevated white blood cells. The choice was obvious, he'll greet me at the rainbow bridge. Again thank you for the compassion.
