Roto-Rooter I will definitely recommend from here on out. I called so many places and Roto-Rooter were the only ones to help us pump our septic tank, very reasonable price, and very friendly and helpful.. the gentleman who came gave us some very helpful recommendations as well. Thank you!!

I had excellent customer service here. I made an apt called them the day of that I could not expose my septic cuz the ground was just too hard. I waited till the weather was warmer and softened the ground then called them on a Monday to make a new apt. And they got here within an hr. I had the issues of my lid handles were broken and I couldn't open the lid. They sent out a guy, Isaiah i believe was his name, who worked for 30 min trying to open the lid. He didn't quit till he got it done. He was very polite and professional. I know his job can't be easy to do. But he works hard for this company. And I appreciate all his help!
