Service Call. While changing out my wifi router I inadvertently deleted my furnace from the app. Dee S. came out late to fix my problem. He was very polite, clean and professional. He got my furnace back up and running in no time. He stayed and made sure everything was working right. Another five stars!
I had my new furnace put in a week ago but it had not been calibrated for my house, so when I called to get that set up they were able to get me in the next morning at the start of a huge snow storm. Frank, the technician with all the brains and wisdom of 30 years in the industry, arrived on time and went straight to work. He was brilliant. I haven't had the pleasure of being able to put my full trust in a professional for a long time. He actually knew what he was doing! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and his integrity was superb. He noticed that a part wasn't working like it should (despite it being brand new out of the box) and removed it, ordered a new one, picked it up and returned to my home to install it the same day. I was so relieved to be lucky enough to have someone of this caliber, that even if it sounds goofy, I was moved to tears of gratitude. Thanks Frank for doing such a spectacular job!
