I have been seen twice and both times I walked out of the office a different person. I also received recommendations on daily stretches and movement that I have been following. Between the office visits and daily stretches, I have been able to resume daily activities with minimal pain. Thank you so much 😊

Caroline gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She used many different essential oils down my spine and on the bottoms of my feet that left me feeling both relaxed and energized, it was an awesome sensation. She has a very healing energy and intention, she was able to massage deep into my muscles, but didn’t cause any pain. I’m still feeling the effects several days later, it really was a great massage!
