Internet sales experience is horrible. I had to ask Lindsey if she was working today because I got no response. Then wrote back like it was a text message on her phone instead of being professional! Had to ask the same questions multiple times to get a response. Not buying from this dealership. Thank goodness for free market.
The service reps went over and above to make me feel confident about leaving my most prized possesion with them. if ever there was a group of guys, a team, that really know what there doing they would be the service warriors that could possibly be right on par with the first responders that saved the life of Dumois Hamlin, that is french for Damar Hamlin, not that my truck was in cardiac arrest but by not correcting the fault in the parking brake system it could have been life threatining. By all the GODS in Valhalla I hope that all customers will be treated to the same overintentious courtesy that was bestowed upon me and my family. Til Ragnarok cometh!!!!
