Great care and experience at Epiphany Dermatology. The office was very busy but was seen at my appointment time. Medical care was great and I feel like the Dr listened to me and spent plenty of time assessing my needs. I highly recommend Epiphany Dermatology.
Nothing but good things to say about Epiphany! The staff are wonderful! I had blown it and missed my appointment earlier in the day so I felt it was only right to go by to apologize. I was met with smiling faces and a very forgiving demeanor. I asked if I might be able to reschedule my appointment and the office manager offered to squeeze me in which was so generous! I did complete the online check in so I imagine that was somewhat fortuitous in terms of being able to get me in on such short notice. I would therefore recommend completing this “pre-check in”before you go in for your appointment. This place gets a 10-star rating from me! Good work!
The front desk ladies were kind, thoughtful friendly and helpful. The doctor and nurse have a fantastic bedside manner. The doctor was quick with the procedures and thoroughly answered my questions. She made me feel at ease with everything. Thank you so much.
