Sit down and let me tell ya’ll a story… Woke up one morning, wife’s first day of work at her new job, was basically like any other morning for me… Through the grogginess and morning head fog I hear my wife say the most disastrous 3 words I could hear in the morning “There’s no water!”. So I then proceed to spend the next several hours and $100 trying to diagnose the problem. After several trial and error fixes and testing circuits, I eventually came to the conclusion that I was going to need a professional. Wow! What a great company with over the top service from Paul and his crew. My family and I were struggling with a water leak and a low producing well for over a year. We were at the point of using laundry mats, rationing showers and buying 5 gallon water jugs for each of our sinks. This is how we lived for a while. Paul was diligent in finding the issue with the well, trying different remedies, researching what he can do. He also found the underground leak to the house. Once that was found he made time in his schedule to replace the line and pull up the well pump with a new technique to get us more water. Today we have water!! We now exclusively use LifeWater Well Services to repair and maintain our shared well. When our pump was failing, Paul quickly fit us into his schedule and sent Jose to remove and replace our pump. They also adjusted the pump depth based on current water levels to ensure proper performance. Paul and his crew are incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive, making sure all of our concerns are addressed promptly. We highly recommend LifeWater for anyone needing their well serviced.
