I love this place! Tana creates a supportive community atmosphere, and is a phenomenal personal trainer. I love all the instructors. They helped me lose 65 lbs, and are willing to work with you if you get sick and can't attend for an extended time period. And it's so much fun!!!!!

Absolutely rocks, every class! The instructors and variety of dance moves take the energy level through the roof, as all those who exercise here know full well. At least one class time available every day of the week, targeted exercise for different goals (core-building, strength, etc.) and it's never stale!
