Another year and another 5 star service experience!
I haven’t updated in a few years. Still 5 Stars. We get an inspection and cleaning yearly. Our tech Matthew is the best! Knowledgeable, friendly, I always enjoy chatting with him for a minute and hearing how his family is doing. We also bought a new stove from them last year and love it. So far it has been significantly more efficient than the one we replaced. We had some water leaking issues after the new pipe was put in, they responded immediately and fixed it. I find them to be honest, knowledgeable, and they stand behind their work!
Matthew is a really great communicator and very knowledgeable. He showed me pictures taken of the inside of the chimney and gave me several options on repairing/ replacing the problem areas. Very professional, I'm glad I called them.
Gabe and Nick did a thorough cleaning and check out of our chimney, firebox and damper. They put down tarps and took care in cleaning the flue. They found some issues that pose possible hazards and know how to address them so that we can use our fireplace safely. We will definitely use them again!
