Saw these guys in town today at lunch! Called the office to see if we could possibly get in the list to have our stove pipe cleaned. Matthew and his helper showed up within the hour. Super nice, very very professional. Took photos and shared with us what they found, discussed going forward on yearly cleanings, even checked the dryer vent to be sure we had no problems with fire danger there!
Highly recommend these folks for your chimney cleaning needs!
Crew was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. They inspected our fireplace and chimney and said they were in great condition, without telling us we needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Amazing customer service and honest technicians!
The crew arrived and got right to work. The work area was protected. The photos of the chimney pipe before and after cleaning were impressive. I have never had photos from any previous chimney cleaning company.
Although they were delayed in arriving I received a call to keep me informed and I was okay with that.
