I make a trip to do labs every six months for the last 8 years. I always prefer to use this lab. I usually arrive between 10-11 am. They have a kiosk for self check in where it assigns a number and you can also receive text alerts. There was no one in the lobby today. I took a number and sat down and I wasn't there for one minute when my number was called. Patricia was my phlebotomist today. She had a certificate on her wall showing she had 15 years of service. I commented on it, and she said its more like 17 years now. She did the usual check my ID, check my order, and prepare for the draw. Her stick was excellent, and her touch was extremely gentle. Everybody there is very professional kind. Was even able to share laughs with the staff. They get you right in and ride out they are very gentle when drawing blood very very great experience going over there highly recommended

Theee is a self serve kiosk in the waiting room. You receive a number and it comes up on the monitor, along with an audible automated message, when it's your turn (similar to the system many Motor Vehicle Offices use). We were there in the afternoon and it wasn't busy at all, although we were told mornings are usually VERY BUSY. We definitely recommend an advance appointment for morning/fasting bloodwork.
