Very friendly and responsive guy. He was able to get our car unlocked and program a new fob straight from dealership. It was fast took not even 10 min to get everything done. If we are ever in this situation again this will be our go to guy! But fingers crossed we don’t lose our key again ?

Good guy to do business with and I like his honesty about everything, we couldn’t get a key made to factory specs based on it being discontinued in the country but he found a way around it and my keys work as they should. Thx for your help

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Brad is a consummate professional who has PhD-level knowledge about "anything & everything locks!". He helped me navigate testing a very tricky (Ford truck) key issue and he did it remotely! He didn't charge me for the verbal consultation, yet I gladly would have paid him! I'm sending his business contact info to as many people as I know in Taos & Santa Fe.Trust this gentleman 200% to deliver the highest-quality and drill-down service you could ever wish for in this arena.
